It applies alongside our Terms of Service and exists to keep every platform we build or run safe, reliable, and lawful for everyone who uses it.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to any software platform, application, API, or hosted service that FourSix46 Global Ltd (trading as Stack46), company number 16712658, builds, deploys, or operates — including platforms operated on behalf of clients and products operated under our own brands. 2. Prohibited Activity

You may not use a platform we operate to: transmit malware or launch attacks against other systems; violate intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights; send unsolicited bulk communications; scrape or extract data using automated means without authorisation; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content, data, or material you submit, upload, or transmit through a platform we operate. We do not pre-screen user content, but we reserve the right to remove content or suspend access where it violates applicable law or this Policy.

4. Security Testing

Good-faith security research against our own infrastructure is welcome under our Responsible Disclosure process — see our Security page. Unauthorised testing against live client production systems is not covered by this Policy and may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Any processing of personal data through a platform we operate is carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we and, where applicable, our clients process personal data.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, with notice where practicable. Material breaches that pose a risk to other users, our platforms, or third parties may be actioned immediately and without prior notice. We reserve the right to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. The effective date above will be updated accordingly, and continued use of a platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
