Where is Stack46 based?+

Stack46 is a UK company, registered in England and Wales. It operates remote-first with no physical office, working with clients across the UK and internationally.

Who is 46DC?+

46DC is Dinesh Chandra Koyyalamudi — "DC" from his first two names, Dinesh Chandra. The number comes from his engineering studies in India, when he got the number plate 46 on his first bike, a Royal Enfield. It became a deliberate identity from there rather than a lucky number — he wears a 46 gold ring, and 46 now runs through everything he's built: FourSix46 (the parent brand), 46DC (his personal brand, at 46dc.com), and 46 Dogs. He founded FourSix46 Global Ltd and its ventures, including Stack46. Find him as @the46dc on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook.

Projects

What kind of projects does Stack46 build?+

Web applications, mobile apps, AI-powered features, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure — using whichever technology fits the project rather than a single default stack. Stack46 also builds and maintains the software behind FourSix46's own ventures.

How much does a project cost?+

Stack46 doesn't publish fixed pricing — every project is scoped and quoted individually, either as a fixed price or time-and-materials, stated upfront before work begins. Get a quote via the contact page for an estimate specific to your project.

How long does a project take?+

Timelines depend entirely on scope. Delivery milestones are stated explicitly in every proposal and tracked against them throughout the project, rather than given as a generic estimate upfront.

Support

How fast does Stack46 respond to enquiries?+

Stack46 guarantees a response within 1 business day on all enquiries.

What happens after a project launches?+

Fixed-Price deliverables come with a 30-day bug-fix policy at no extra cost after launch. Beyond that window, ongoing support and maintenance can be scoped as a separate engagement.

Does Stack46 offer ongoing maintenance?+

Yes — ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged as part of a project or as a separate engagement after launch, depending on what a client needs going forward.

Technology

What tech stack does Stack46 use?+

Stack46 works across Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI on the application layer, with infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, and databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Firestore depending on the project.

Does Stack46 push one technology for every project?+

No. Stack46 is stack-agnostic by principle — it recommends whichever technology fits a given project's requirements, rather than defaulting to one framework or platform for everything.

Is Stack46 Cyber Essentials certified?+

Yes. Stack46's parent company, FourSix46 Global Ltd, holds current Cyber Essentials certification, the UK Government-backed cyber security scheme independently assessed via IASME.
