The challenge
FourSix46 needed a parent site that could anchor the legal entity, credibly represent multiple ventures, and stay editable without developer involvement for every change.
As the ecosystem grew — Route46 live, Cinevenn and 46 Dogs in development — the site had to represent a family of brands without diluting any one of them.
Content like ventures, leadership and press needed to be manageable by non-developers, not hard-coded.
Our approach
Built a Next.js site with a headless CMS (FireCMS) so content — ventures, leadership, press — can be managed without touching code.
Structured the site around the ecosystem: Vision & Ethos, Our Ventures, Global Footprint, Leadership, each linking down to the live brands.
Wired up Firebase Auth and Firestore so the CMS, content and site share one consistent backend.
Built contact and enquiry flows on a Nodemailer API route, kept simple and reliable.
