The challenge
Route46 needed a reliable digital platform to run a UK courier and logistics operation.
The existing site had been built by a previous developer — functional, but needing enhancement, stability, and a move onto infrastructure the team could maintain long-term.
It needed to run on the same stack and standard as the rest of the FourSix46 ecosystem, not sit isolated on someone else's setup.
Our approach
Took over the existing React and TypeScript frontend rather than rebuilding from scratch — auditing, stabilising and enhancing what was already there.
Rebuilt the backend on Firebase Functions, deployed in the Europe region for performance and data locality.
Brought Route46 onto the ecosystem's infrastructure so Stack46 maintains it with the same tooling as everything else.
